Returns and Shipping

Shipping Policies

Sometimes the shipping calculator will calculate the incorrect charge or show no charge at all. If this is the case, a sales representative will contact you with the correct shipping charge. CropKing will not charge the customer until the product has been shipped.

 

Hazardous Materials

All UPS shipments of hazardous materials (example, Potassium Nitrate) are charged an additional fee of $32. This charge is automatically figured in your shipping cost.

 

Foreign Shipments

We do not ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. All foreign shipments must be sent to a freight forwarder located in the U.S. and the customer will have to arrange freight from the port to the final destination. Hawaii and Alaska Shipments: Actual shipping charges will apply along with any special handling charges required.

 

Damage and Loss Replacement Policy

The customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments. If a shipment is badly damaged, sometimes it is best to refuse it. If you accept the damaged shipment, make sure to note damage on the bill of lading. This damage note on the bill of lading will be needed for making any claims with the carrier. Should you receive a damaged item, we will ship a replacement and charge you for it. This charge will be in the form of a net/60 day terms and will be expected to be paid within that time frame. The customer will have to obtain a refund from the trucking company to compensate this charge.

Be sure to examine your shipment and note any discrepancies, damage, or appearance of damage or rough handling on the bill of lading.

 

Returned Merchandise

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by CropKing. A restocking charge of 15% will be charged on all returns unless there was an error in our shipping or the product was defective. No returns on books, videos, or CD-Roms.
